Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Pixels.com has 16 manufacturing centers located in 5 countries. Each manufacturing center can ship products to any destination in the world.  When you place an order, Pixels.com will automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-36 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@myarabiccalligraphy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on myarabiccalligraphy.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.  As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – We will not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@myarabiccalligraphy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
